Parallax takes its name from the way depth becomes visible when the same thing is seen from more than one vantage point. It gathers many private reflections and returns a group-level view that no single participant or facilitator could see alone.
The technology does not tell the room who it is. It offers a new vantage point, and gives people something real to notice together.
What participants do
Ten minutesof private reflection
A facilitator shares one link or QR code. Participants spend about 10 minutes reflecting privately on what they are carrying into the moment. The experience is voluntary in tone. It does not reward performative vulnerability or pressure anyone to disclose more than they choose.

Once the minimum response threshold is met, Parallax surfaces the hopes, assumptions, pressures, and possibilities shaping the room. The group receives a shared artifact: recognizable without exposing who said what, specific enough to feel true to this room, and useful to a facilitator in the next five minutes, not only in a later report.
Parallax does not replace facilitation. It gives the facilitator better material: What feels recognizable here? What surprised us? What assumption does this complicate? What does this room need next?

No student accounts, names, email addresses, or roster integrations are required. The room sees only group-level patterns once a minimum response threshold is met.
Parallax is an instrument, not a facilitator. It supports reflection, not diagnosis. It does not assess individuals, type personalities, or report who said what, and it does not replace institutional privacy and security review.
